    Where can I find the best rates?

    What are the services and facilities offered?

    Are there fitness facilities provided?

    Yes, our fully-equipped gym on the 10th floor is open 24 hours. We also have a temperature-controlled indoor swimming pool.

    Is internet access provided?

    Complimentary High Speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

    What time is breakfast served?

    Breakfast is served from 6:00 - 11:00 AM during weekdays and 6:30 AM - 12PM during weekends at our all-day dining restaurant.

    What are the available dining options?

    We have a restaurant on the 10th Floor mezzanine where buffet breakfast, a la carte lunch and a la carte dinner are served daily and 24 hours room service is available during weekends

    Lunch a la carte is served from 12:30 to 16:30 during weekdays and from 13:00 to 17:00 during weekends

    Dinner a la carte is served from 18:00 to 23:00

    Are laundry services provided?

    Yes, all suites are equipped with in-room washer and dryer.  In addition, we also provide laundry and dry cleaning services.

    What are the type of beds provided?

    Depending on the type of room, we carry both King-sized beds and single-sized beds.

    Are baby cots and extra beds available?

    Baby cots are provided free of charge and we do provide extra beds on request.

    Are newspapers provided?

    We provide various complimentary local and international newspapers in English and Arabic.

    Is on-site parking available and what is the cost?

    Yes we do have a parking area and it is free of charge

    Is airport shuttle service provided?

    We provide airport transfers with our own shuttle service for BHD7 per trip and a limousine service from BHD10 per trip

    What is the reception operating hours?

    The reception, concierge and security services are 24/7.

    Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel before check-in?

    Yes, you may leave your luggage with our concierge.

    How do I get to the hotel?

    We are located at the heart of the Diplomatic Area. The property is surrounded by many major offices, banks and financial institutions. It takes about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport to Fraser Suites Diplomatic Area and costs around BHD12. We also provide airport transfers with our own shuttle service for BD7 per trip and/or our limousine service for BD15 per trip.

    Are there any recommended attractions in Bahrain?

    For visitors to really make the most the out of their time here in Bahrain, we suggest an entertaining blend of what is cultural/traditional with what is modern. Hotel guests should visit historical land sites in Bahrain as well as try out beach activities, Bahrain International Circus, shopping in malls and souqs, and night life events ranging from several restaurants to more lively events.     Are there any recommended shopping destination?

    Moda Mall is the closest mall from our property. It takes 15 minutes by foot and 2 minutes by car.

    Bahrain City Center Mall is also close from the property. It takes 10 minutes by car.

    Where is the closest bank, ATM and exchange office located?

    You can find Arab Banking Corporation across the street. There is an ATM and an Exchange Office three minutes walking distance located on road number 1704. do not hesitate to ask reception if needed.

    What is the check-in time?

    You may check-in from 3 pm. If you plan to arrive very early in the morning, we advise you to book your suite one day prior to arrival, it will ensure you to have your apartment ready. 

    What is the check-out time?

    Our check-out time is 12 pm. Late checkout is subject to availability. Please check with our dedicated reception team.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    To avoid incurring additional charges, cancellation requests must be received at least 1 day prior to arrival.

    What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each residence type?

    Each suite covers the following number of guests:
    1 Bedroom Suite: 2 to 3 guests including children 
    2 Bedroom Suite: 4 to 5 guests including children
    2 Bedroom Premier Suite: 4 to 5 guests including children
